Phil, This is Model: 81000343 that comes with 2- 8 round magazines. The review from 2016 may have been misplaced, but it was for the LE Edition that did come with 3 magazines and not available at BUDs any longer in 2020.

If you google the UPC number 642230260955 the model 81000343 is the only thing that comes up it also has that same number multiple times ( it's in the item title, and again down in the description) there only the spot in the title where it says "night sights" so between the number of mags(2) the model number (listed twice) and the UPC I'd say it is the model with the standard sights and 2 mags. You can try contacting buds during business hours 859-368-0371 but with how busy they've been and the fact that it's a call center your likely going to have a tough time reaching someone, and when/if you do there's no guarantee you'll get a solid answer. I'd say if your interested order ot if it's not the model you wanted refuse delivery of it from your FFL.
