Pietta 1873 GW2 Buntline 45 Long Colt Revolver
I don’t see it on the roster. But the Heritage Rough Rider 22lr is also not on the roster but is for sale at my local gun stores.

Most Single Action Revolvers are Grand Fathered in on the CA DOJ Roster : Permissible handguns that are NOT on the handgun roster: ------ ✔Single-action revolvers that have at least a 5 round capacity with a barrel length of at least 3inches and an overall length of at least 7½ inches are permitted. ---- ✔Single-shot pistols that are top-break or bolt-action with a barrel length of at least 6 inches and have an overall length of at least 10½ inches are permitted.

Yes, single-action revolvers with a capacity of at least 5 rounds, barrel length of at least 3", and overall length of at least 7.5" are exempt from the roster which is the reason you see the Rough Rider in stores as well. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
