This does appear to be California compliant. It has what appears to be a THORDSEN stock. turners.com/thordsen-ubbt/thordsen-customs-frs-15-stock--461490 I checked a few sources plus I’m from Commiefornia. This mutilated rifle should have no issues coming to the state. It doesn’t have evil features. You might want to check with your FFL dealer.

I really suggest that you check with the local FFL who would handle the transfer of this gun as he is the one putting his license on the line when he does the transfer and should KNOW the rules
