Paul - Yes that's the difference .. shame, isn't it? CA won;t allow a manufacturer to sell their guns in CA unless the manufacturer pays the 'ransom' to have their gun "tested and approved" for sale in CA.
Paul, yes Sir, you are correct. This CA compliant model has a black frame and slide and 10-round magazine. It will accept any standard or extended capacity 92 Series magazines.

yes the mag is the only real difference. the other difference is that Beretta submitted and paid for the CA DOJ testing for the 10 round model so it would be legal in CA
