Andrew, There are no Beretta 380's on the CA AGO's Roster of Approved Handguns. The Pico is not on approved list.

Andrew - Here is the list of all Berettas approved in CA. The 380 Pico didn't make the list. Sorry. oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Beretta
