Vararat, no Sir. This rifle has too many CA restricted features. 1. Pistol grip 2. telescoping stock 3. Flash suppressoror flash hider 4. 30rd Magazine (CA limits 10rds). Details under "Rifles here : budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/california_restrictions.pdf
