  • its actually sturdier than the price would suggest yes it will hold a gun and 2 barrels I suggest getting barrel socks and attaching some Velcro to the case under the foam cut slit in foam and use Velcro to secure the gun and barrels and prevent them from moving

  • Kenneth - It measures 36"X10.75"X4 inches. Judging from the price, I'd have to say it is probably not real sturdy. If you measure your shotgun (broken down) you might get a good idea of how it would fit. It appers thsi case might allow the pieces to slide around inside the case, and bump into each other. If I used it, I'd make sure to wrap my gun in towels or something to guard against scratches or dings. It is what it is - a $26 shotgun case. Plano is a big company and has been around a long time - make a lot of fishing tackle boxes and gun cases. I'd guess you'd get just about what you pay for. There are some decent reviews on the 'net, and some not so great. You just have to ask yourself - Is your shotgun worth more than you'd trust to a $26 case. Personally, I'd look for something a bit better if I had a nice shotgun to transport. It is what it is.
