Steven, no that gun is not compliant. The threaded barrel is the issue, without that it would be fine. Here is a list of Buds' compiled regulations for CT: budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/connecticut_restrictions.pdf

No, it is not. The threaded barrel would disqualify it for Connecticut, since it has a detachable magazine.
