  • Robert, Yes, the Ruger SR1911 has the feed ramp built in to the chamber end of the barrel. Great feature. No titanium insert.

  • Ruger uses the Wilson/Nowlin style feed ramp on their 9mm 1911s, this model has a bull barrel w/o a bushing.

  • Robert, the SR1911 has an integral feed ramp. Ruger switched to ramped barrels instead of the taniumi insert. The barrel is broached using 410 stainless steel.
