No, Buds does not have a police or military discount for Ruger products. Ruger has one, but Buds no longer participates for a bout 3 years now. Also, the program generally deals with duty and off duty type guns and does not apply across the board. Also, when guns are in short supply, Bud's closes that program down until they have a surplus for in their regular catalogue program. Also, they (Ruger) would not likely put guns like these 22s sold for just general use on the law enforcement discount list.
