Just received a supposedly new Browning 9mm Hi-Power 13 round magazine. Mag came in a Browning package, somewhat banged-up as it appears to have been around, but the magazine definitely is marred in a few places with minor scratches on finish. My 35 year old magazine is in better shape and never have purchased a new magazine in such condition and wonder if anybody else purchased the magazine and whether it looks used or new. I'm thinking of asking for a replacement.

George, I would first take pictures of the package and magazine just in case they need proof and then contact Buds and let them know the condition of both.
