Hi John, They're safe for the mini 30.

John, these will not be a problem in the mini 30. You will be surprised at how little accuracy variance you will get as well. I have shot it all in my Mini-30 with no issue whatsoever. I also stocked up on this a long time ago : hornady.com/ammunition/rifle/7-62x39-123-gr-sst-steel-case#!/
