You must be on a laptop, MAC or PC. Portable device screens may not display this option. Usually there is a green box to click to select best answer. There should be something that says "best" in a small box. Just click it once you see my answer for a test :)

to select best answer you must be on a computer to select more than one best answer you would open multiple windows before selecting a best answer and select different answers on each window
