Sig Sauer 8 Round P220 Magazine
I have an older Sig Sauer p220. The original magazines are 7 rounds.Would this magazine fit?

Absolutely, the body of the magazine that fits in the mag well are the same dimensions and therefore "Interchangeable" in older or newer Sig P220's.
